WIG MAINTENANCE

1. Use light-weight hair oil
2. Apply a little quantity on your wig at a time
3. Use brush to detangle well
4. After each use , air dry to limit odour
5. Store in a dry dust free place
6. Wash or revamp your wigs at least every 3 months. Watch our Youtube video on on how to do that properly

If You choose a refund, delivery fee will not be included. When we run out of stock for a particular hair paid for, you are entitled to a full refund if you don’t want a replacement. You should expect to receive your refund within Two to Four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We would not refund or Accept return because you changed your mind, no longer in need of the hair or no solid Reason with Proof. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
